1) When are Birthday parties offered?
- March through November
- October parties will not be private (Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch)
- Subject to weather and availability
2) What time are Birthday Parties offered?
- 10 am to 1 pm
- 1 pm to 4 pm
- 4 pm to 7 pm
3) How long can we stay?
- Each party is allowed 3 hours in their picnic area, including set
- up and
clean up.
- Picnic area time is strictly enforced, as another party will follow yours
- Additional time is $100.00/hour
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
4) What is included in the Birthday Party package?
- All our parties are guided by one of our Party Pros. All activities will
be interactive and adult guests are encouraged to join the fun.
- Pizza Farm tour (April-Sept. if age appropriate), wagon ride, animal
farm, bounce house, mini maze, playground, tri-cycle track, farm train,
farm games, party invitations, and t-shirt for Birthday child.
5) What is included in the Picnic area?
- A shaded picnic area with four(4) picnic tables, one (1) serving table,
two (2) Trash cans and one (1) recycling receptacle.
- Additional tables, table cloths, and supplies are available for rent at
an additional cost.
- We DO NOT supply any party decorations.
6) Who is responsible for clean-up?
- Each picnic area will be provided enough trash bags to clean up all
garbage. It is your responsibility to leave the picnic area in the same
conditions as you found it. We ill dispose of trash bags.
7) Are pets allowed?
- Sorry, but no. In order to maintain the health and safety of our
animals and other guests, pets are not allowed.
8) Will other parties be at the Farm during our party?
- Possibly. We can accommodate up to six (6) parties simultaneously.
However, your Party Pro will guide your entire group in such a way as to
not mingle with other guests.
9) What can I expect when I arrive?
- Upon arrival, your Party Pro will greet you and your guests and direct
you to your picnic area. Your Party Pro will be with your party from start
to finish. They are well trained and friendly, to insure a great time by
all of your guests.
10) What about decorations?
- We offer table cloths and place settings for purchase.
11) What kind of pizza do you serve?
- Our pizza is NOT made on site. All pizza orders must be made by 5pm
on the Friday before your party
- We will provide paper plates and napkins only. No utensils.
12) How many slices are in a large pizza?
- 10 slices and will serve five (5) people based on two (2) slices per
person.
13) Can we bring our own food and drinks?
- Yes. However, we DO NOT allow any glass containers or alcohol at the
farm.
- BBQ’s and cooking on site must be cleared by Pizza Farm management.
- Catered parties, with on-site cooking is permitted ONLY if cleared by
Pizza Farm management and proper insurance is provided by the
caterer.
14) How many people can attend the party?
- 40 guests, including children and adults are included in the $300.00
party package.
- If you would like to add up to 20 additional guests to your party(making
it a maximum of 60 guests) the party package will then be $400.00
- If you would like 40 additional guests to your party (making it a
maximum of 80 guests) the party package will then be $500.00.
- If your would like to add fewer than 20 guests, a charge of $10.00 per
guest will be charged. (IE-adding 5 guests to your party would cost an
additional $50.00).
15) Is a deposit required to hold my party date?
- Yes. A credit card or cash deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve
your party date.
- Reservations are on a first come and first served basis. Your party
date is not reserved until your deposit is paid.
- A 14 day cancelation notice is required for a full refund. All other
refund requests are at the discretion of the Pizza Farm management.
16) Are there any extra items or activities we can purchase or rent that are not
included in the party package?
